pepen ikan mas

PEPES IKAN MAS 


Bahan :
4 Ekor ikan mas
3 buah belimbing sayur
2 sdm minyak goreng
2 tangkai serai, iris halus
bagian putihnya
4 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk
1 ikat daun kemangi

daun pisang untuk
pembungkus

Haluskan :
6 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
7 butir cabe merah
2 sdm gula merah, iris
2 cm kencur
2 cm kunyit
gaaram secukupnya.

Cara membuat :
Bersihkan ikan masa, lalu gurat2 badannaya.
Remas2 belimbing sayur, dan balurkan ke ikan,
lalu sisihkan. Aduk bumbu yang dihaluskan
bersama minyak goreng dan serai.
Balurkan ke ikan mas. Diamkan selama 20 mnt.

Ambil selembar daun pisang, beri selembar
daun salamdan daun jeruk. Letakkan seekor ikan mas
dan beri sedikit bumbu halus. Bungkus lalu semat kedua
ujungnya dengan lidi. Kukus selama 45 mnt. Angkat
Garang diatas bara api sampai pepes agak kering.
sajikan untuk 4 orang.
